  3. Sprain in right side of neck. No help!

Sprain in right side of neck
This morning I woke up and found excruciating pain in my neck on the right side. I am not able to move it and tilt it rightwards and upwards and downwards. If I try to do some movement, it pains a lot. Also, on the same side, i am having a headache. Applied some balm and took a pain killer, but no help

Hi.. I would like you to try icing frequently in your painful area... Keep your neck supported... Don't keep checking your neck... Hope this is helpful for you.....
