Spottings after a week of periods

I am a 25 year old woman and I'm sexual active. We have sex on the second day of my periods and I took an emergency contraceptive, my periods stopped on the same day. Now after 2 weeks I'm having spottings.. I also feel very weak and having severe body pain. What to do..
