I am recently suffering from spotting.not sure if its period, i usually can see light spotting lasting 4 to 5 days more frequently.ths is when i do physical work more, house hold chores and after participating in sex. Please advice

Hi. If it is spotting in between the periods then you need to get examined in person by a gynaec . There can be a polyp or any other cervical pathology .
