Spotting rather than periods. Touch?

Am 34years old,married, not active sexually,I am diagnosed with Genital Warts since 10 months treatment is still going on with podowart but now in this month I have got Periods issues and weight gain issues, feels tired,when used to eat something by the little meal feels stomach full and bloated,also I have got bigger tummy,last month my periods starts on 7th of May and in This June it's delayed,it starts with spots (usually it's start with spots only)on 12th of June,but till today its only spotting with cervical mucus,am worried,is that a sign of menopause or what,I request you to please help me out. Also I have got some lumps (gaant) under my skin all over body (hand,thigh,back,stomach)some of them feels pain when touch
