Spotting no periods

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had a a medical abortion on 27thMarch after that my bleeding had stopped now after 20 days I am having spotting what should I do? should go for DNC or should I wait for my periods? I had done a recent ultrasound and it says small product of conception.
