Spotting (No Period and Not Pregnant)

Hello! I'm an 18 year old girl and I have never had sex or a boyfriend in my life but have recently been spotting/ having a little bit of blood in my underwear for the past three days. It is not my period as I had my cycle two weeks ago and it isn't due for another three weeks. This is the first time it has happened and I'm a little nervous.
