Spotting issue suspecting pregnancy

Hi..doc I had unprotected sex with my bf on 17 thof last month and took I pill the next day.. we had unprotected sex for the next 3 days since the ipill says it has protection for 72 hours.what worrys me is I got light brown spotting for 3 days 1 week prior to my periods (30and31)can it be implantation bleeding? Or due to ipill ?whn can I do prg test
