Spotting in Pregnancy. Other doctors?

After got married in 2014 i moved to Bengalore. In few months i was diagnosed my Thyroid issue then latter PCOD. Adding to that my husband's count was also very low. We undergo alot of treatment then finally on 22nd March  on a kit test it was positive. Where as my last period was on 4th Jan. 23rd March we did ultrasound the doctor could not find the sac again after 2weeks on 7th April on second ultrasound it was found and doctor confirmed i was 4weeks and 6days pregnant. I was worried on doctors question do i get spotting or bleeding. Today i faced the same it was some dark red spotting through out the day tried to reach doctor. No one is available on Sunday. I m currently taking Dubagest SR Tab & MCBM 69 Tab as prescribed by my doctor. Is spotting common in Pregnancy and is there any thing to worry? Can i travel in two weeks now in train journey for about 30 hours? Do we need to consult any other doctors?
