Spotting but no periods; tested negative
I had my last period on 2nd June. Then for the next cycle, I had spotting that started around 26th June and ended on 5th July (10 days). Spotting contained brown blood in small extent and little mucus discharge at times. I had intercourse (unprotected) on 14th and 15th June and used withdrawal method. For safety purposes, I tried home pregnancy test yesterday (10 July) and result came out negative, but no signs of periods yet. What could be possible?

You had sexual intercourse during the Fertile window. So chances are there that you could have conceived. You didn't take emergency contraception. One possibility is that you had a chemical pregnancy and it ended in abortion too (before you could know about it). That missed abortion will not let you get your periods, nor will it give a positive pregnancy test. You should get a sonography of Lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo for further management. I think you should have a D&C.
