I am trying to concieve, my last period was August 24 2022. My cycles are now regular. Today 14 sep I saw some brown spotting. What could be? Period have started or any underlying conditions or is it an implantation bleeding?

Wait for another 10 days. If you miss your periods then you can think of implantation bleeding and all that.
