Spotting before periods

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, My periods are due on 27th. I can see some spotting from yesterday but no periods. Also, I'm on aldactone since 3 March and Isotretinoin for past 10 days for my acne. My periods were fine last month. Can the spotting be due to the medicines?

Yes pre menstrual spotting could be due to the effect of pills. But since you were already on aldactone there s no need for isotretinoin.. As ur acne must be due to hormonal disturbances
