Spotting before period

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My menstrual cycle is 24 days.April Month period date is 21 April..This month spotting on the 23rd day..from next day the legs are paining a lot also lower back pain,chest pain,Stomach feels heavy even when eating a little..this month due date is 21 May.it's early pregnancy symptoms or anything serious.. Please suggest...
