Spotting before Period

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Hi there, I just noticed there is very light bleeding when I went to the washroom this evening. I am on birth control although for the last few days I’ve been taking it at off times. I am supposed to be getting my period in about 5 to 8 days. I am sexually active and have also noticed my breastfeeding have been tender for the last week. I’m just wondering if this is normal or if I should be concerned about pregnancy

Are you breastfeeding? Or are you pregnant? But you mentioned you are expecting periods. So I am little confused with your question. Did you take any I pill or hormonal pill? Consult gynceologist to be examined.
