Spotting bef4 period after1 week of ipil

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had unprotected sex on 12 aug had pill on 13th after one week of normalcy spotting started and my periods are due on 5th sep. I took 2 pregnancy test twice at different intervals and the test was negetive then when will the spotting stop? And are there any signs of pregnancy ?
