Just by rubbing private parts after that u got bleeding only three pads full with much pain at the first day are they periods or implantation bleeding plz help

Rubbing private parts doesn't lead to pregancy U can take trapic mf 1 tab 3 times a day if not allergiic to Medication for yr complaints Plenty of fluids throughout the day Excercise regularly Dark chocolate Avoid caffeinated drink All this will help you out further dear 🙂
