Spotting and low hcg
I am 31 year old , weight 77.4 kg. My last period was on 16 Jan 2017. My cycle is regular and length is 25 to 26 days. I had a positive UPT on 11 Feb 2017. On 15 Feb I had mild lower abdomen pain and mild spotting. I went to doctor she did a beta hcg (on 15 Feb itself).it value was 270. Doctor said that hcg is low and there are only 60% chances of survival of baby. She has prescribed me etex t and susten sr 200mg tablets + multivitamis. I have mild dark brown spotting till date. Last year I had a miscarrige in 4 to 5 weeks due to chromosomal abnormality in fetus. I am too worried. What should I do?

Take the medicine prescribed to you. Repeat beta hcg in 48 hrs if its doubled then its good sign. If its less then its not a good pregnancy.
