Spotting and back pain
Hie dr.plz help me my period was 20 march 2018 but it was delayed so i had a pregnancy test at home they show 1 dark line and 1 faint line .I was confused about my pregnancy next day i went for beta HCG and the level is 99.0mlU/mL but after 3 day i feel strong period like pain and bleeding and light spotting on my pad for 2 day what is that means plz help me .My gynaecologist said that it is not confirm whether you are pregnant or not plz me .

See beta hcg 50 plus considered positive for pregnancy.so u have to repeat beta hcg after 48 hrs .See for its pattern .increases or decreases.if decreases then it's good but if it slightly raised then it favour ectopic pregnancy.if it increases with 60 percent than previous value favour normal pregnancy.right now it won't see on sonography.to see it on sonography beta hcg should b above 2000.
