Last month I got spotting after periods for continuous 5 days. I consulted a gynecologist and she prescribed 21 days cycle medicine that to be taken from first day of periods. In May month i got period on 5 may and i started the medicine and my period got over by 11 may. Since 5th may i m taking medicine but i m still spotting its been 17 days since i started medicine and i m still spotting.

Kindly get done ultrasound transvaginal scan ,pap smear ,TSH and prolactin levels to rule out other causes of this prolonged spotting..
reasons cn include ovarian cyst ,polyp or hormona imbalance
