Spotting after period with cramps

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am spotting even after my seven day period and had sex 4 days after my period last month but even before I had my period I had left and right lower abdomen pains and warmth in my stomach and heartburn kinder and now 2 days after my period I started spotting but light and have cramps like right and left abdomen goes and comes back feels like something is pulling it
