I had sex 2 months ago i got my periods twice on time but this is my second time and after my period time should be over i am having spotting red blood and its been more than a week ive done pregnancy test its negative what is the reason

Do a beta hcg test..if thats less than 10 do a ultrasound and serum TSH and consult direct for further advise on a one to one basis.
