Spotting after my period

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I'm on the implant, my doctor told me it should have been out 2 months ago, anyway I had regular periods throughout and a month ago I came on and it stopped and now for about 2-3 weeks I've been spotting but only blood when I wipe, it changes colour. I've taken 5 pregnancy tests all negative. I had my implant replaced just over a week ago.
