Spotting after menstruation

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Start of my period was last April 8, 2018, ended it last April 13, 2018. And I'm experiencing headache, back pain and lower back pain after my period. And today i'm experiencing spotting. How could this happen since my period was ended 1 week ago? I hope you can answer this thanks. Age: 26 Female
