Spotting 15 days before periods m
Hi Doctor, I have been spotting 15 days before periods since last 3 months. My cycle days are normal of 5 days and post periods the spotting stops. But occurs again after 10 days. How can I stop the spotting. I am 32yrs married female with no kids and my weight is 70 kgs. Height 5.6".

The spotting that your are referring to, which occurs cyclical, mid cycle, is Ovulation bleeding. It is normal. It will be advisable to see a Gynaecologist and get a thorough check up.

Firstly we need to know the reason. So, you need check up of your cervix by gynaecologist and USG and some blood tests. It is likely to be ovulation bleeding. Other causes are hormonal problems, polyp, infection, disease in the cervix. If the bleeding is not severe, there is NO urgency. But you need check up.
