Hello, I understand your concern
The spots visible on your child’s legs appear to be bruises or small collections of blood under the skin (likely ecchymoses). Since she has no pain, itching, or other symptoms, these may be due to minor unnoticed trauma during play. Children at this age are very active and may bump themselves without realizing it.
Next Steps
Monitor if new spots continue to appear without any injury. Look for bruises in unusual places (e.g., back, chest, face).
Watch for any signs of bleeding from gums, nose, or in stools/urine.
If bruising increases, or if there are other symptoms like fatigue, pallor, or fever—consult a pediatrician.
A basic blood test like CBC and platelet count may be done if bruising is frequent or unexplained.
Health Tips
Avoid self-medicating with topical or oral medications.
Encourage protective clothing during play.
Ensure her diet includes foods rich in vitamin C and iron to support healthy blood vessels and skin.
Hello,
It will be better if you consult with the paediatrician as soon as possible. The appearance of these kind of spots can be because of the blood disorders.
Next Steps
consult with the doctor immediately.
watch for the colour of potty and urine.
You can get checked at your nearest paediatrician - rule out any bleeding/ clotting disorder. If blood tests are clear you may relax.
These bruises are often result of local injuries on an active child, more common for girls.
