I am having pain in right side of groin.
I started heavy exercises n I found my right side of groin is having pain.
What should I do.
I am having pain in lower abdomen on right side now. I had c section 4 years back

1. U may be having initiation of hernia (inguinal) (history of C section, and as per pain presentation)
2. U may have a muscle strain (less likely)
