I am having pain in right side of groin. I started heavy exercises n I found my right side of groin is having pain. What should I do. I am having pain in lower abdomen on right side now. I had c section 4 years back

Respected mam There are two possibilities 1. U may be having initiation of hernia (inguinal) (history of C section, and as per pain presentation) 2. U may have a muscle strain (less likely) Without examination difficult to comment Best to visit a therapist for examination

1)Check any bulging in that area. 2)Apply icing for 10 mins twice a day and avoid any further strain to that part. 3)Rest is important..... 4) Keep a track for a week....if it's still painful then show to the Doctor.
