Sporadic sometimes constant armpit ache
I'm 23 yr old, female, overweight 71 kg and 5'6 tall. I suffer from PCOS and am on medication. Lately I've discovered that I have dull aches, sometimes constant, in my armpit region near the breasts. Could it be because of the weight gain or something else entirely? I can't feel anything swollen or lumpy but mostly I'm not too sure about the problem. Who should I consult for this? I'm really scared if it's something big as lymphoma or cancer and this is giving me sleepless nights.
