Hello, Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months. consult a periodontist for further treatment.

Hi.. Spongy gums can be due to various reasons.. As u mentioned Dat u take gud care of ur oral hygiene still d problem persist.. U can do d following steps.. Warm saline rinses at least 2 to 3times a day.. As salt is natural antibacterial it fight several infections and help in easing pain n swelling.. Mix half spoon salt in glass of warm water n rinse ur gums with it.. Secondly lack of vitamin C also poses gum problems.. Make sure you include plenty of vitamins c rich fruit in ur diet.. ND must visit a dentist for subgingival cleaning because although ur teeth seems clean to u gums swell because of plaque accumulation beneath gums.. Thorough professional cleaning by dentists.. N he/she may prescribe u antifungal n antibacterial course once if needed only after seeing ur gum condition...
Next Steps
Warm saline rinses.. Vitamin C rich fruits.. Visit a dentist for professional cleaning
