Check your Blood Pressure levels and sugar levels regularly sir, there are many reasons why you are getting unconscious and feeling drowsy. Check your medications that you're using for spondylitis. Rule out vertigo.

get balance training and gait training from physiotherapist so that u dont land up into falls often.

Unconsciousness is result of brain's deprivation of blood , may be due to BP , sugar etc . So first check these vital sign. Then take medication as needed. And start a healthy routine.. That included- Morning exercise Diet Psychological understanding of life , that will help you to ease stress anxiety. You are in Lucknow, there are a lots of park in this city , use it .
