Continuous shoulder and neck pain. Can't raise my arms for too long and can't lift weights. The pain increases as physical work piles up. Rest usually calms down the pain as it is not acute. I sleep without pillow as already been directed by doctor. Have previously suffered with virtigo once (a year ago) and frozen shoulder once (3 months back)
Would be helpful if any ayurvedic medicines could be prescribed by you.
