I feel nerves beside upper spine are pinched.both back behind shoulder r tight. Specially back mein akran jaisa mehsoos kar raha hoon. Hamstring bhi tight ho jata hai. Upper back pain, neck ,headache on scalp always Throcic sprain. Please help dr.
