Spine MRI for dizziness
Hi Dr, I have consulted general physician for my problem like facing light dizziness and getting back head pressure from neck upper part  when i turned my head he suggested me for MRI spine after getting report he told me that mild cervical spondylosis and pinched nerve.. Can you please suggest its already 5 months completed but no result and i am not using any medications. And is this issue related to pinched nerve?

Hi As of nerve compression, as per you report it's not so significant. But there is definitely problem in your spines alingment.7(loss of lordosis). Following will help. 1. Posture correction. 2. Neck specific excercise 3. Medications.

Need to make life style changes and regular exercises. Exercises for body and neck. Avoid sudden neck movements and jerks. Maintain proper posture. If still have issues then medicine for few weeks.
