Spine Cervical Mylopathy

My mother 58yrs had compression in C3 to c7 levels in MRI SPINE. But clinical examination reflexes and few symptoms are absent. But heavy weekness, dizziness, walking imbalance, gait walk, falling sensation walking. But no pains , no numbness. Whether it is Cervical Mylopathy or not. Whether clinical examination reflexes and pain mandatory to finalize mylopathy once it's compression clearly shown in MRI Spine. Please help me out with exact guidance. Thankyou.

MRI can show a lot of things; but treatment is only required if the MRI correlates with the clinical signs and symptoms
You need to clearly tell what symptoms she has and also what reflexes are affected to ascertain its relevance with MRI
