Spinal durav avf fistula
2.5 years back I got avf spinal fistula and got treated with embolization and then get through lot of mri and doctor is saying that treated successfully but now I hv some problem like stiffness in lower back ,hip and thigh area,pulling feeling on that area, better but feel some weakness on leg while walking,urine urgency and constipation still hv How to treat these things because fistula treatment has done successfully, please help tell me best treatment now. I attached recent mri and doctor said lypoma is incidental finding.

Low lying cord with a lipoma is not an incidental finding when you have symptoms of cord tethering. Please consult a Neurosurgeon about this.
