Asked for Male, 35 Years

Sperm count is 30 million per ml and motility is 30%. Is this sufficient for planning a baby or not?? If not, what should be done. another thing my wife having thyroid tsh 5.95 . And after relation the sperm not stayed in to private part of my wife it comes out within 1-2 hours
