Sperm count report. Of this report?

Hello doctor myself Aman verma and m 32 years old.i daily go for workout and I have gud physique and never used any supplement but yes I am patient of ankylosying spondlytis from last 10 years. Two years back I got married and in between my wife got pregnant twice but both the times it miscarriaged.my wife report is absolutely ok Recently I have gone through semen test and my report says Volume:5 ml Colour greyish white Reaction/ph : 7.5 Fructose present Sperm concentration 86.5 million/ml Total sperm count 432.6 million Agglutination absent Motility 15% Pus cell OCC/HPF Epithe cells 0-1/HPF RBC nil Sir please tell me the what report exactly says and this test I had given in duration of 15 days I mean I ejaculate after 15 days for semen test. 1)miscarriage could be the reason of this report ? 2)if report is negative so is it curable Please guide
