Hello This is why we don't recommend semen analysis before marriage. It produces undue stress. I am not happy with the doctor who asked u to get the test done. However now that u have done it, don't sorry nothing is conclusive. I strongly recommend u to meet an experienced Urologist / Andrologist for ur issue. physical consultation is the best. Meanwhile relax and know these impt points-- 1. One test is not conclusive.. repeat tests r required and physical examination of ur testes and other parts too 2. Ur counts r only moderately low and u can still have children quite easily with assisted reproductive techniques  3. If repeat tests and examination by a QUALIFIED doctor shows u to be sub- fertile It's ur duty to inform ur prospective partner about the problem. Don't worry about rejection, because if later ur partner comes to know that u knew about this problem eben before marriage- it may adversely affect ur relationship.
