Sperm count is less. 3. 4mm on valsalva.

We are trying for a baby but it was not successful. When we met docter we came to know that my sperm count is less and also scrotum tests were done . The impression was right grade I varicocele. Request what can be done to solve my problem. Tests for my wife also has been done and everything is normal for her. The problem only lies with me as mentioned above. Sperm count tests were done 3 times still the counts remain less than the specified. As suggested by doctors I have been taking the specified foods as said by them . But still I feel there is no much improvement. Impression of scrotum test is as follows: Evidence of multiple tortuous pampiniform plexus of veins on right side, which show dilation and reversal of flow on valsalva manoeuvre with diameter of 2.8mm on rest and 3.4mm on valsalva.
