  4. Sperm and bladder. Is this any problem?

I am 43 , nowadays my bladder not getting thicker to ejaculate sperm, and I feel pain also . I am not getting mood during intercourse, is this any problem ? I am very much worried. One and half year back my sperm count  total conc per ejaculation 63.78 Millions conc 31.89 m/ml.
