My 3yr old son DOB 22/10/14,he have limited word and sentence, he know mama papa and alphabet, numbers,colour, shape,songs rymes,January to December, weeks name,action activity,but social communication not develop ,when we are in public area he all time gibberish and sounds weird, please guide me.
