I HAVE BEEN DETECTED ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS 4 YEARS BACK. THOUGH THE BLOOD TEST WAS NEGATIVE. EARLIER THERE WAS STIFFNESS IN MY BACK BUT NO PAIN. OVER A PERIOD MY FLEXIBILITY GOT IMPROVED BY DOING YOGA AND WALK. NOW FROM LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE MILD PAIN IN UPPER BACK. LOOKING FOR GOOD PHYSIOTHERAPIST FOR THE SAME.
