Sound after getting up

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I constantly hearing some noise in ear. It starts getting and more at night . My heart also is beating fast pls help . My thyroid is 4.04. ecg and echo normal . No sugar. I don't know whether it s from head or ear. I am confused which doc to consult. Pls help with remedy. I am afraid
