Soulder and back pain

Asked for Female, 56 Years

Having continuous pain in back and left leg (toes) .had done tests like calcium ,joints pain uric acid , etc ...reports says everything is normal ....kindly guide ....what is the pain is all about ....and what treatment should be done .
