Sort of pain/unesainess around penis

Asked for Male, 55 Years

I have been having this unesainess for the lat one month. It has not been constant also. There is some white cream like in the mornings. It is also itchy somewhat at times. I am a diabetic and I am 55 yrs of age. Please suggest a remedy.
