Sores in the mouth and lips.
I had oral sex with a woman some 3-4 months before. The next day I felt something on my tongue. After about a week it healed. Then about a month later it recurred and now I am having sores on the lower lip for the past one month and refuse to go away despite using Kenacort 0.1% paste. In the last week even the tongue felt sore but now the tongue is alright but the lip sores persist. I never had any fever or any other problem. Can this be Syphilis?
