Sore tongue
Tongue has been sore as if burnt for the past few days, noticed a few white spots underneath the tongue. i've tried using bonjela and swilling my mouth with warm salt water but it's not helped

Hello sir, is that white spot painful ? Is it spreading ? Might have got injured due to many reasons or might be a simple ulcer due to stress or vitamin deficiency . Visit a dentist as soon as possible to rule out the problem .
