Sore throat
Sir I was tested COVID positive in 2020 ..my CHEST xray was normal, all lab reports were normal but I got admitted in hospital during COVID due to breathlessness...now I m having sore throat last 12 days and when I take deep breath i feel chest tightness during deep breath and when in normal breath there is not any problem ....means during sore throat i feel this type of congestion ....before 6 months back this type of sore throat and chest problem has happened My spo2 level is 98...which medicine should I take
