Sore Throat and mild urethra irritation

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am male 30 year old. Sore throat from yesterday and very mild irritation in the urethra. I received oral sex from 2 men on different occasions before 3 days. The first oral lasted only for 30 seconds & I pulled out before ejaculating. Second one was for about an hour and I ejaculated inside the mouth . Both the persons claimed to be disease free before & after the activity (Latest being yesterday ). I am worried but it could be just bacterial infection &irritation since I ate some spicy food.
