Sore throat and discomfort in food pipe
It's been 4 months now and i have been troubling from discomfort in food pipe and jaw also whenever i burp i feel something has come up at times i feel pain in my upper abdomen , back,shoulder sometimes when i swallow saliva it feels as if it is stuck and till now i have no sign of nausea vomiting and my motion is always on time and aslo i hear sounds from my chest.

It is likely that you have gastritis. You will require antacids.
