Sore penis for 5 months

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My penis have pale foreskin and bluish forehead for a 5 months.. it started with tiny moles on forehead..initally there was no pain but it i can feel slight constant pain in my testicles for a month now... I have tried miconazole cream.. it helps but not able to cure... I have tried tab AF 150 too( i visited a skin specialist). I can see developing redspots too now. Erection is normal.. but i can feel sensitiveness all day.
