Sore nipples
Hello, I'm mother of 2 month old baby. My baby is premature,so doctor told me to give breastfeeding as much as possible. About a week ago I developed sore nipples. Whenever I'm feeding my baby my nipples are paining a lot. From two days I'm unable to breastfeed due to pain ( specially right side). I'm applying lanolin ointment. Is there any other medication I can use?

You can express  milk and apply that to around sore parts of nipple
Next Steps
first you should learn proper method of latching  baby to breast like babies nose tip should touch breast tissue whole of nipple and areola should be inside babies mouth and babies chin should be touching the breast.
Health Tips
burping should be done once baby completed breast feeding if baby is not able to do sucking the express milk manually or do spoon feeding  of breast milk
